FACILITY FEE – TV – Film
A sum of money paid to an individual or company for the use of premises or other location facilities required by a production company. Payments vary according to the desirability and size of the premises. A stately home owned by the National Trust will cost upwards of £1000 a day, but a modest apartment will cost a lot less.
