CELEBRITIES – TV – Film – Radio
People who have acquired celebrity status and are therefore ‘desirable’ guests on a TV or Radio programme, includes actors, pop stars, musicians, sports people and people ‘created by TV’ such as presenters. The jury is still out for serving politicians but some former politicians definitely have celebrity status eg Tony Blair. The dividing line between celebrity and ordinary contributor may be difficult to define, if in doubt treat as celebrity.
