CALL SHEET – TV – Film - Radio

Paperwork issued to cast and crew before a shoot or radio OB, detailing where everyone has to be and when. Can be a short document with production contact details, date, times and exact locations for a one or two day shoot, or a more complex multi page affair. Created by the director/ producer or the production assistant for a factual programme and by the production manager’s office for a drama. Typical call sheet for a shoot such as ITV’s THE BILL would include detailed arrangements for picking up actors, arrival on set, time in make-up, time to fit/collect costume and times on set as well as meal times and the WRAP.
