BUDGETS – TV – Film – Radio

The total amount of money agreed for making a TV or Radio programme, or a Film. Low budget means less than the average and High budget means more. In TV and Radio it is considered to be very unprofessional to spend more than the agreed amount and go over - budget although some film makers can make a virtue of it (Titanic).  Under - budget means bringing in the production for less than the agreed budget – definitely a good thing.
