Starter/Loop Activity (5 minutes)

Prepare the Learning (5 minutes)
- Share the objectives. Remind students of the objectives we are working towards meeting. This unit is designed to help them prepare for the two papers of the examination. All skills and strategies are transferable.
- Go over responses to the Loop activity. Tease out the points relevant to today’s learning – ideas of radio.
- The speed/depth at which you cover the following slides before the application of the learning task is all about the needs and capacity of your students.
- You may wish to set some of this for Home Learning (the information is detailed in the accompanying student note pack).
- Maybe follow up with a quiz as a starter or written test. The slides are included because I prefer to be able to indicate issues and notes to students during the lesson. T
