Categories: A Level, OCR A Level, OCR A2, OCR AS, Hot Entries, Production Zone, Video Production

The following resource is intended to prepare students for OCR A2 Media Studies, for both G324 and examined unit G325 in terms of developing self-reflective skills and critical autonomy within an evaluative framework. A key focus will be on Section A: Theoretical Evaluation of Production with centres having six topics to choose from for Section B.

It is suggested that the Transition Assignment is introduced on or around 8th June 2015, directly after the AS Media Studies G322 exam leaving approximately 5 weeks to develop key skills in preparation for year 2. The focus will be to get students thinking critically about their own work but also analysing and feeding back on examples of good practice in terms of blogs and G324 stimulus.
