We are recruiting experienced NVQ assessors to train as Standards Verifiers (SV) for the BTEC Apprenticeships in Creative and Digital Media.
Applicants for this role must be experienced NVQ assessors and have A1 and V1 qualifications (or be working towards V1).
SVs carry out visits to centres on a part time basis in order to verify centre assessment decisions. Through advice and guidance they also support centres in achieving successful outcomes for quality assurance.
In addition to the NVQ element of the Apprenticeships, SVs will be expected to verify related BTEC units and to moderate Functional Skills/Key Skills. Training will be provided in the external verification of all three qualification areas.
